Adding team members is the best way to make money and increase your earnings as a Cybertary owner because you are able to make money on the productivity of other people. Cybertary franchisees bill clients by the hour for work performed by the team, and pay the team members between 40% and 60% of the bill rate.  The franchisee keeps the difference. That means the larger the team and the more work that goes through your franchise, the higher your earning potential. If you outsource client projects between franchisees, the billing margin is split between the franchisee with the client and the franchisee with the team talent.  Plus, many of the services that we offer are recurring, so connecting the client with the talent can result in ongoing income.
